Chinese eggplant 120 g Cut into 2" wedges
Coconut milk 200 g
Water 600 g
Meat curry powder 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder

Shallots 10 pcs Halved
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt To taste
Curry leaves 2 sprigs Deveined
